February is now in the rearview mirror. One of the benefits here at the Clean Eating Challenge is 1:1 consultation with Meredith, (our nutrition consultant. This month Meredith walked me through some specific aspects of in-race fueling (quantities and timing) as well as post workout recovery nutrition. Thank you Meredith! This was a major part of CEC for me.
Results for February:
- 17 rides = 275 miles = 14.5 hours of cycling (some outdoor riding included)
- February activity levels and results are matching September 2023 levels (=maintained over the winter months)
- Registered for the October 19th Race event.
- Reserved the Vrbo house on Wrightsville Beach (14 family members & friends making it a long weekend event)
