Jessica – Time to Reset

As the joyous holiday season ended, I found myself facing familiar challenges that had hindered my progress in the past. The changing weather and shorter days made me want to stay indoors and snuggle up in a warm blanket. But I knew that I must overcome these obstacles and find other ways to stay active. To help me achieve this, I downloaded an app designed to keep me moving and motivated.

In addition to my physical challenges, I also faced some obstacles with nutrition. I had the privilege of speaking with Meredith, who helped me identify my strengths and weaknesses. Together, we came up with practical solutions to help me stay on track with my nutrition goals.

I’m learning to embrace a “one step at a time, one day at a time” mentality, which has helped me stay focused on my journey. I’m grateful for this supportive community, and I love seeing everyone’s posts about their meals, workouts, and challenges. Cheers to the New Year!!
