Jihoon – October

The first month for me was a transition period where I kept fighting to remove all my bad eating habits. Moving fruits to the mornings, reducing protein and carbs for more vegetables. Setting routines in my workouts rather than doing the sporadically. After the implementation I do feel lighter when I run and play soccer. I still hover around 180 pounds but can feel my body doing better. Also have been trying not to miss my acupuncture appointment. It is good for the body but also the sessions are very therapeutic to the mind. Through the transition keeping a positive mindset has been the key in motivating myself. Keep that mental health in check!
