With a new month & full with ambition this month with start of lent I vogued to eat less processed food and more homemade food, this including my kiddos who are used to eating home food but after regular games & tourneys a typical meet at the local pizza is a usual as a family. months not over but it been quite a challenge, we’ve been incorporating more ingredients so they can also help with the cooking, this has been super helpful. This month’s not complete but I confident of all the changes I’ve made these last months my body is raking the benefits, always adapting!
