We are officially four months into our Clean Eating Challenge, with two strong months to go and I couldn’t be more proud of the progress happening inside the community.
Today, I want to spotlight my mentee, Suzy.
Yes! You may have read in her blog that she is down three clothing sizes.
But what excites me even more than the physical transformation is the lifestyle transformation.
Because this challenge has never been about quick fixes. It’s about building habits that last.
Over the past few months, Suzy hasn’t just “dieted.” She has:
- Learned how to read and truly understand food labels
- Gained knowledge about intermittent fasting and how it supports her body
- Prioritized daily movement
- Made intentional, informed food choices
- Built consistency without extremes
She’ s not chasing temporary results, she’s building a sustainable lifestyle. And that’s a real win.
One of the most powerful parts of this journey has been watching the ripple effect.
Suzy’s co-workers and peers have noticed her changes. Her children have become curious about their own health. They’re
Asking questions about nutrition. They’re stepping up to the challenge themselves.
When one person changes, it impacts an entire circle.
Healthy habits are contagious.
Why Join the Clean Eating Challenge?
If you’ve been watching from the sidelines, here’s what this challenge really offers:
- Education – not restriction
- Support – not shame
- Sustainability – not burnout
- Community – not isolation
This is about learning how food works in your body. It’s about creating habits your family can benefit from too.
Finishing strong the next two months.
For those already in the challenge, here’s your reminder:
Consistency beats perfection. Small daily actions compound. Progress isn’t linear, but it is powerful.
The next two month are about:
- Tightening up where you’ve gotten comfortable
- Revisiting your “why”
- Staying accountable
- Celebrating non-scale victories
The habits you build now will carry you into the rest of the year.
And if Suzy’s story shows us anything, it’s this:
When you commit to learning and growing, not just losing weight, the results follow.
Let’s finish strong.
