Checking in on my Clean Eating Challenge and honestly… I’m proud of how far I’ve come.
So far, I’ve built healthier habits, noticed a big boost in energy, and one of the biggest wins – I’m down three sizes in my jeans. That alone has been a huge reminder that consistency really does pay off, even when progress feels slow day to day.
That said, it hasn’t been perfect and I don’t want to pretend it has been. The holidays and work have been challenging. I’ve been glued to my computer more than I’d like, which means I haven’t been walking as much as I planned. But instead of letting that derail me, I adjusted. I leaned into home exercises when I could and focused on doing something rather than nothing.
This challenge has reminded me that progress isn’t about perfection it’s about adapting, staying aware, and continuing to show up even when life gets busy. I’m learning to listen to my body, give myself grace, and keep moving forward.
On to the next phase; stronger, healthier, and more balanced.
