Checking back in on my clean eating challenge!

Since my last update, one thing I’m really proud of is that I’ve been able to maintain a lot of the habits I built early on. Eating cleaner has become more natural now, and I’ve been more mindful about what I’m putting into my body. It’s not something I feel like I’m forcing anymore it’s just becoming part of my routine. Exercise has been similar. Some weeks are better than others depending on work and life, but I’ve kept the mindset that doing something is better than doing nothing. Even if it’s a quick workout or small adjustments throughout the week, staying consistent has been the biggest lesson for me.

One thing that has been really motivating is seeing how this journey has also influenced people around me. Friends and even coworkers have started their own health journeys, which has been really encouraging to see. It’s a reminder that when you make positive changes for yourself, it can inspire others to do the same.
